The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managingand developing relationships with clients, overseeing their digitalmarketing campaigns, and providing expert guidance to enhance theirbrands' performance. Your deep understanding of marketing principlesand digital tools will be instrumental in contributing to clients'long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients, addressing their digitalmanagement needs
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-termclient relationships through regular communication
  • Manageworkload efficiently, ensuring client-specific requirements are metacross all digital marketing aspects
  • Collaborate closely witha talented team, sharing work, client insights, and effectivecommunication
  • Propose, design, and execute digital projectsto maximise customer return on investment (ROI)
  • Respondpromptly and effectively to client queries, ensuring exceptionalcustomer service
  • Optimise web content to drive traffic andenhance search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Generate insightfulreports on web performance metrics and analyse the success of digitalcampaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends andadvancements in digital technology
  • Oversee a team of accountmanagers, monitoring deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

  • Provenwork experience as an Account Manager or call center operator
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM or CRM software
  • Proficiency in implementing and optimising Google AdWordscampaigns
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing toolsand social media platforms
  • Customer service and accountmanagement experience
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Person Specification:

  • 1-2 years ofexperience working with agencies or in-house creative teams
  • Proven track record in project or account management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Confident, energetic approach
  • Excellentcommunication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Creativity anddesign-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in various PC skills,including Google Ads, Canva, CRM, CMS, Hootsuite, and email campaignmarketing platforms

Education and Experience:

  • A-Level or equivalent education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management and sales
