Working closely with Executive Chef Paul Walsh and our dedicated culinary team, the Sous Chef plays a central role in delivering exceptional gastronomic journeys to our discerning clientele. Under Chef Atherton's guidance, each dish at City Social reflects our hallmark of culinary brilliance, ensuring an immersive dining experience that surpasses expectations. Responsibilities Craft culinary masterpieces with precision and creativity, maintaining the elevated standards set by Executive Chef Paul Walsh. Foster seamless collaboration within the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of our culinary department. Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in adherence to industry regulations. Cultivate a positive and communicative atmosphere within the kitchen, nurturing a collaborative working environment. Contribute to the training and development of junior kitchen staff, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and advancement. Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining or Michelin-starred environment. Exceptional culinary prowess, coupled with a passion for crafting extraordinary dishes. Effective communication and teamwork abilities, are crucial for thriving in a collaborative kitchen environment. Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are advantageous. What We Offer
