RM Design and Engineering Ltd is a fast growing and ambitious design and engineering business based in Southam, Warwickshire. We have grown quickly over the past few years through delivering high quality tooling and industry leading customer service. We deliver innovative solutions to a varied customer base, for whom we:
Design and manufacture tooling for vacuum forming, GRP and composite parts.
Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures.
Due to expansion and increasing order book, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Workshop Operative. If you relish getting involved in the daily activities of the business and working in a small, hardworking and dedicated production team, we would like to hear from you.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist and support the existing team in various parts of the business.
Provide courteous service to customer.
Candidate Requirements:
Able to use workshop machinery such as bandsaw, circular saw, disc sander
Able to use hand tools such as angle grinder, battery drill, electric saw, electric sander...
Attention to detail and accurate when cleaning and sanding moulds/ tools.
Must have experience working in manufacturing sector or related industry.
Dynamic and capable of meeting challenging deadlines within a fast paced environment.
Work part of a small team.
Salary range and benefits:
£25,000 to £27,000 pa depending on skills, knowledge and experience.
28 days holiday including bank holidays and xmas shutdown
