Jako kierownik ds. jakości będziesz ponosić ogólną odpowiedzialność za operacje kontroli jakości i kontroli jakości, zapewniając zgodność ze standardami audytu, wymogami regulacyjnymi i satysfakcją klienta. Twoja rola obejmuje obowiązki przywódcze na poziomie zakładu, dostarczanie wysokiej jakości systemów i ciągłe doskonalenie.

Kluczowe obowiązki

  • Kierowanie operacjami QA/QC na poziomie zakładu (70% koncentracji).
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z wewnętrznymi/zewnętrznymi audytami, certyfikatami i wymogami prawnymi.
  • Wiodąca poprawa jakości, systemy HACCP, TACCP i VACCP.
  • Zapewnianie bezpieczeństwa w miejscu pracy, szkolenia i współpraca z interesariuszami.
  • Zarządzanie budżetami na testy QC i zapewnienie jakości.

Twój profil

  • Poszukujemy osoby z:
  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku Senior Quality Assurance.
  • Znajomość standardów audytu i przepisów.
  • Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego.
  • Nie wymagamy wykształcenia kierunkowego: cenimy doświadczenie i umiejętności
  • Jesteśmy otwarci na zatrudnianie konsultantów.

Dodatkowe umiejętności:

  • Znajomość zasad Continuous Improvement (CI) i Lean Management.
  • Doświadczenie w ocenie ryzyka.
