Director - Health and Life Sciences Practice (Global) This London-based role involves collaborating with a team of policy consultants across six global offices. We are seeking a Director with the drive and commercial insight to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Collaborating with the Practice Director, the candidate will help shape and execute a growth strategy for the practice.

The ideal candidate is a keen observer of global trends, providing advice to a growing client base in the EU, US, MENA, and Asia on the political, policy, and regulatory-driven risks and opportunities in these markets.

Offer expert, strategic, and actionable advice and thought leadership on policy, regulation, and political developments in health and life sciences.
Customize advice for a range of clients, from the C-suite to public policy teams in the pharmaceutical and health technology industries, and other health, social care, and life sciences organizations.
Ensure the delivery of client work, including investor due diligence reports, monitoring and analysis of health and life sciences policy, the creation of thought leadership, and innovative public policy engagement approaches.
Mentor and develop team members leading client work in health and life sciences across global offices.
Proven expertise and knowledge of healthcare policy and its formulation, with the ability to track policy trends in key global jurisdictions and understand the political interactions within this policy area; knowledge of social care policy is a plus but not essential.
Strong drive and commercial acumen to develop and execute a growth strategy, supported by the wider team and external partners.
Background in public sector policymaking and/or private sector public policy advice, ideally from a consultancy, major corporate, or trade body.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable
