Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Performance Measurement Frameworks: Create and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), goals, user needs, and benefits for our services and products. Analyze performance against these metrics, adapting your approach and framework as needed in response to changes.

- Assess Outcomes: Work closely with the project team to measure and assess outcomes, defining what success looks like and how it will be measured.

- Information Sharing: Identify opportunities to share valuable insights and performance data with the project team, community colleagues, and other stakeholders.

- Adapt Analysis Techniques: Apply your analysis skills to new contexts, especially when serving as the sole performance analyst on a project.

- Create Performance Frameworks: Collaborate with the wider team to develop performance measurement frameworks for projects. This includes identifying reporting requirements, advising on the procurement, implementation, and validation of tools needed to deliver against these requirements.

- Ensure Data Quality: Take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of data and analysis, ensuring that they are effectively used in decision-making processes.

- Community Engagement: Actively contribute to the performance analysis community, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in developing and managing performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, goals, and benefits.

- Ability to analyse and adapt performance metrics to align with changing project needs.

- Experience in assessing and measuring project outcomes and defining success metrics.

- Strong skills in sharing insights and performance data with various stakeholders.

- Experience in creating performance measurement frameworks and identifying reporting requirements.

- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.

- Active engagement in performance analysis communities and a willingness to share knowledge.

- Experience working in an agile environment or organizations with an agile culture.

- Professional attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve complex challenges.

- Background in programming using Open Source technologies, including Python, Java, or C++/.Net, it is beneficial.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong desire to work in cross-functional teams.

- Awareness of data security best practices and GDPR compliance related to personal data.
