Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Private Client team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our clients in matters related to private client law. You will work closely with our team of legal professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to private client law
  • Manage a caseload of complex private client matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
  • Attend client meetings and court hearings as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Mentor and supervise junior members of the team
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client law
  • Strong technical knowledge of private client law and related areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of complex matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
