Business Analyst - D365 - Outside IR35 Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and interpreting user stories, with a specific focus on delivering solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role requires a deep understanding of business analysis practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
User Story Creation and Management:
  • Develop comprehensive user stories that capture the functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined, clear, and concise.
  • Prioritize user stories in the product backlog in alignment with business goals and project timelines.
Solution Delivery with D365:
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of user stories in D365.
  • Provide guidance and support during the development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Validate solutions against user stories to ensure business requirements are met.
Stakeholder Communication and Management:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Facilitate regular communication to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any changes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Process Improvement:
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements leveraging D365 capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
Quality Assurance:
  • Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified.
