We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Housekeeping. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations within the care home, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and organization are maintained to the highest standards.

Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

* Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of resident rooms, common areas, dining areas, and other facilities within the care home.

* Quality: Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure coverage for all areas of the care home, including special cleaning projects and events.

* Liaise with other departments, management, and external vendors as necessary to coordinate housekeeping services and address any issues or concerns promptly.

* Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to housekeeping and ensure compliance within the care home.

* Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among housekeeping staff, encouraging positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.

Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or hospitality setting.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
