- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the MFL department.
- Actively participate in language-related extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
- A relevant degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching French at the secondary school level.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in all three languages.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service.
