Our newest client, a global technology solutions and IT service provider, based in Surrey is currently looking for an   IT Project Manager.

THE BASICS:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager , who has experience working in an ‘internal change’ program and can conduct a ‘lessons learnt review’ to assess how well the project(s) or stage(s) were or are being managed, with an ability to prepare any follow-on action recommendations.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

You must be self-motivated and focused on managing projects and budgets. This will include maintaining formal project documentation, managing tasks, organising, information for relevant project boards and assessing, planning and implementing information to ensure compliance with project briefs.

THE KEY SKILLS:

IT Project Managers who can plan, monitor, prepare and maintain project phases, whilst managing project risks and issues; ensuring that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated will be of interest to our client.

Individuals who can monitor overall progress and use of resources – applying change control and Configuration Management processes , in addition to liaising with appointed key stakeholders to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project(s) are likely to receive an interview request.

THE OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

If you can adopt and apply appropriate technical, quality and data – managing project administration , applying PRINCE2 project management approach, whilst directing, managing, and motivating a virtual project team and understanding and creating a business case, then please be in touch today.

IT Project Managers with ‘change management’ and understanding of the change cycle, with proven experience of managing risks and issues will be sought after.

 

THE DESIRABLES:

-Working in an IT Services and/or Sales environment

-Project Managing experience in implementing a CRM and/or ERP solution

-Working across teams based on the continent

-Using ServiceNow for building Project plans

THE CONCLUSION

If you live in Surrey, and/or the surrounding areas to include; Guildford, Farnham, Woking, Leatherhead, Aldershot, Horsham or even Crawley, this job opportunity could be commutable distance.

Remote Working is also an option.
