- Friday Overall Objective: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Porter Supervisor to lead our kitchen porter and cleaning team.
This role is crucial to ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the KP and cleaning staff during your shift.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Oversee the operation of dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
Conduct routine inspections tomaintaincleanliness and hygiene standards.
Assistwith training and development of the KP and cleaning team.
Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operation and communication.
Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within KP or cleaning operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
