Mitigo Group is a UK based leading provider of Cyber Security products and services within the Legal, Financial, Accountancy and Architecture industries. We offer a range of software and hardware solutions that keep our customers businesses safe and secure. Our services provide ongoing cyber risk reduction and outsources information security, so that they can stay protected 24/7.
Due to growth plans for 2024, we are expanding our sales team and recruiting for an experienced SDR. We're looking for sales experience in outbound B2B sales, managing your own pipeline and securing appointments for Sales Team.
You will be responsible for the initial outreach to new prospects using data from our CRM system, offering a consultative approach, with the objective of setting up appointments for our Business Development Managers.
This role is perfect for someone who is driven by targets, confident in building new relationships and handling objections from potential new customers.
So, all successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive and bespoke training and development from day one and throughout.
Developing new relationships with key accounts and acting as a Mitigo ambassador
* Arranging and coordinating appointments between new customers and our sales team
* Collaborating and communicating with our new business sales team
* Managing pipelines using our CRM database (Salesforce and Zoominfo)
* Delivering high levels of sales acumen and customer experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound B2B sales
* Listening and gathering information to help identify possible solutions to their problems
* Confident in building rapport and calm with objection handling
* Remote and hybrid work patterns available (depending on experience)
