We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out vehicle services and repairs adhering to brand technical standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
Perform vehicle services and repairs in line with brand technical standards and dealership processes.
Engage directly with customers when appropriate to discuss service details and vehicle issues.
Provide mentorship and support to less experienced colleagues within the workshop.
Participate in regular training to maintain and update technical skills.
Contribute as a full member of the workshop and dealership teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Wear protective clothing and use equipment as supplied by the Company when necessary.
Handle waste products and hazardous materials in compliance with company policies and C.High attention to detail and commitment to good, accurate quality of work.
Proficient with PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
Full, clean driving licence.
MOT qualification.
Highly skilled in fault diagnosis and hold the relevant MOT Tester qualification.
