Are you an experienced HR professional who can combine wide-ranging HR knowledge with motivational leadership skills. We have an opportunity for the right person to help us: 
shape and implement effective HR strategies and programmes
facilitate workforce planning discussions, whilst dealing with operational activities such as dealing with employee relations.
 As HR Partner at Lancaster University, you will have personal impact and professional credibility to act as a representative of the People and Organisation Effectiveness Division. An appreciation of the HR issues related to the higher education sector would be desirable, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with an excellent track record of being a HR generalist in a large, complex organisation.
