Team Lead - Compiler Technology | Semiconductors / GPU

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead to join an industry-leading Semiconductor company based in the UK working on ground-breaking GPU products.

You will be joining a multinational and dynamic compiler group located across both the UK and Sweden. We support Graphics (OpenGL/ES, Vulkan, DirectX) and Compute (OpenCL, ML) APIs and work on improving the GPU technologies that the mobile market will see in years to come.

Are you interested in leading a GPU compiler team working on a groundbreaking mobile GPUs?

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Compiler team, set objectives, support personal development of your reports and participate to recruitment activities.
  • Drive the resolution of customer support cases, coordinate collaborative developments with other Hardware and Software teams, and ensure compilers get sustainable performances out of our Mali GPUs.
  • You will also have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing to the compiler development LLVM-based and influencing the architecture and instruction sets.
  • The role could include some extra responsibilities related to our Agile development processes (Agile Lead or Product Owner).

Requirements:

  • Team-leading experience and are interested in compiler or GPU technologies.
  • Experience with LLVM
