Credit Controller
Kidderminster - office based
£Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a Kidderminster based organisation to recruit for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their head office on a full time, permanent basis.
The Sales Ledger Assistant will be responsible for effective and efficient management and monitoring of selected accounts with a total debt exceeding £2million per month. They will be responsible for minimising aged debt and maximising cash collection whilst developing good working relationships both internally and with external customers.
Ensure effective control of customers by monitoring shortfalls and taking appropriate action
* Collect payments according to agreed terms, achieve cash collection targets, and resolve / minimise overdue debts
* Escalate any serious concerns accordingly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor
* Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor with reporting as necessary
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either a credit control / sales ledger administrator or cash allocation function
* Strong communication skills, capable of building effective long-term relationships
* Competent user of Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Intermediate/advanced experience of Excel, V-lookups & pivot tables is essential
* Cycle to work scheme
