We are looking for a Junior HR Advisor to provide support to the HR Manager, in the implementation of new policies. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures, who is both creative and analytical, and has experience as a junior HR advisor.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist the HR Manager with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Edit and type up HR policies, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.
  • Contribute to the creative and analytical processes of policy development.
  • Utilise HR system knowledge to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Support the management of HR payroll policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager to support the HR department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a junior HR advisor or in a similar HR support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for policy editing and documentation.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive daily rate of up to £115.
  • Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with an hour’s break.
  • Opportunity to work in a supportive environment and contribute to the development of HR policies.
