Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst for theBroadridge Investment Management Solutions Product Management team.
You will be assigned to project initiatives with primaryresponsibility of delivering detailed functional requirements in theform of Features and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria fordevelopment under an agile methodology. In this role, you ensure thatall requirement details are communicated and approved by key internaland external stakeholders and subsequently, you will drive thedelivery through the remainder of the SDLC.
Responsibilities
Identification, analysis, anddetailed documentation of the current- and future-state businessprocesses that require improvements.
You will prepare therequirements for agile development, directly assigned responsibilitieswill include writing features & stories, supported by acceptancecriteria by set deadlines.
You will create, refine and beresponsible for the review and validation of written specificationswith the subject matter authorities, development team members, andother stakeholders to ensure timely completion with all vitalsignoffs.
You will participate fully in the subsequentdevelopment lifecycle, discussing/agreeing story structures, agreeingestimates, participating in scrum meetings, assisting with preparationof 'Specification By Example' data and internal testing aswell as Show & Tells and supporting formal client UAT.
Youwill provide status reports to management on an ongoing basis, statingprogress and any issues that impede it.
You will play a keyrole contributing to and delivering Product strategy while workingacross cross-functional constituent groups, such as sales, product,tech, and account management.
Ability to engage with clientend users and translate business needs and challenges into technicalrequirements and features.
Responsibilities
~3+ years of experience with Order Management and PortfolioManagement platforms
~ Business Analysis experience
~ Knowledge of the Investment Management lifecycle essential
~ A self-starter who is comfortable interacting and coordinatingwith numerous stakeholders
~ Excellent organizational, verbalcommunication, and business writing skills
~ Ability todeliver under tight deadlines and handle time appropriately.
~ Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt accordingly.
~ Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with dynamicpriorities and opportunities to drive impact
