You will be a key leader within the strong in-house CCEP legal team and business partner to the Great Britain Business. Through commercially focused partnership, you will create maximum value and competitive advantage for the business, as well as working with colleagues on strategic projects across CCEP’s territories. You will provide business-focused, pragmatic advice, counsel, and training on a variety of legal issues, you will enable strategic business initiatives, while ensuring that business and legal risks are managed appropriately.

You’ll be offered a broad senior legal role requiring leadership qualities to deliver your key objectives which include providing the business with strong practical business and legal counsel and be a key contributor to delivering the company’s key strategic activities. Advising on a broad range legal issues arising from day to day matters, activity and business needs, as well as on longer term strategic projects covering a variety of legal disciplines. These will include commercial law and practices, competition law, advertising and marketing rules, environmental legislation and financial as well as key areas of compliance such as Data Protection and Anti-Bribery
You will provide solution-focused, commercial and creative legal advice to all they key departments (Sales, Category and Shopper Marketing, Field Sales, Finance etc.) Handling and following-up litigation; Serving as Legal representative on ad-hoc project teams and external associations
Working with legal colleagues based in the other CCEP countries to align legal strategies, advices and tools.
You are qualified to practice in England, with considerable and relevant experience in the field of commercial law that has included consultation with strategic business clients. We’re looking for a good broad mix of driving strategic decisions in legal compliance, business transformation and development, procurement, corporate and commercial partnerships and agreements.

High degree of commercial acumen and curiosity
Strong and proven ability to exercise creative thinking and to define new and commercially pragmatic approaches to problems
Excellent oral and written communication, leadership and people skills, particularly in relation to senior management and the board of directors of a global company
Self-awareness, a steady demeanour in challenging situations and comfort operating in a fast moving, often changing and unclear legal environment
