In central Milton Keynes this fantastic very large and busy Nursery are seeking a very experienced Nursery Manager working a 40 hr week, salary is up to £50k for the right candidate, offering loads of great benefits too.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
