This particular role is at our Bakkavor Spalding site, which employs over 1,470 people across 3 manufacturing facilities & 1 Distribution Centre. We specialise in making hand crafted sandwich wraps, salads, dips, soups & sauces and mayonnaise.
Working in a process team you will work collaboratively with Production and New Product Development to ensure that the correct processes are in place to scale product development across our Spalding sites.
Delivery of validations in association with site CCPs and HACCP principles in line with project delivery.
Previous demonstrable experience in a manufacturing environment in at least one of the following disciplines: Production; or graduated in related discipline
Project Coordination: The ability to understand the critical path and deliver within agreed timeframe
A pragmatic in approach to problem solving and is agile in finding solutions
