PROPERTY LISTER / SALES MANAGER - Residential Lettings Agency

Permanent - Full Time

A highly successful, forward thinking independent boutique Estate Agency is looking to recruit a Lister / Sales Manager to join their prestigious South West London (Fulham) office.

The role will involve growing the property register; maximising branch profitability and by assisting in managing and developing the sales team to reach their full potential.

You will be a seasoned Estate Agency Sales professional in a similar management role or a capable Senior Sales Negotiator with exceptional listing skills, ready to take the next step in your career.

The Company: Our client is a highly successful, valued boutique Estate & Lettings Agency firm with prestigious offices based in South West London (Fulham). They are known for their high standards, expertise and their commitment to career development and training.

Skills required for this Property Lister / Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:

Experienced residential sales estate agent
Excellent sales ability
Experience in the prime property market
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Knowledge of the local area helpful
Full Driving License essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
