SAP Assessor
This is the exciting opportunity for an established SAP assessor to join a nationwide Energy and Sustainability consultancy to provide a range of services to a wide range of clients.
Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and assessments
Use IES software to carry out overheating analysis to TM59
An OCDEA accreditation with at least 2 years’ experience carrying out SAP Assessments within a relevant role
Experience with IES software and carrying out SBEM calculations.
It would be advantageous to have experience with Part O regulations and overheating analysis, but training can be provided
Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000
