Our client is looking for an experienced and committed Live-in Domestic Couple for their beautiful rural property near Salisbury. The residence is an idyllic weekend retreat for the Principals and provides a serene escape from the bustle of everyday life. The Principals enjoy regular hosting, transforming their home into a haven for gatherings and parties. They are looking for a meticulous Housekeeper, to work 30 hours a week, and an experienced Maintenance/Handy Person to work 10 hours a week. Hours for both positions are likely to extend during the summer and beyond, to accommodate renovations, entertaining, and running errands, with compensation adjusted accordingly, on a month by month basis. The Domestic Couple will be provided with a separate apartment, with a large open kitchen and sitting room, double bedroom, and bathroom, and have use of an onsite car. Job duties:

Responsibilities of the Live-in Domestic Couple near Salisbury include: Daily cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Changing bed linens and making beds Managing laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation Planning and preparing meals for the Principals and occasional guests Maintaining a well-stocked and organised kitchen Conducting routine maintenance tasks for the property Coordinating with external contractors for more extensive repairs Taking care of the Principals dogs, including feeding, grooming, and walking Running errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up packages Ensuring the estate's vehicles are well-maintained Candidates must be / have:

Experience of working in a similar role for a private estate / HNW individual Knowledge of fine fabrics, silverware, art, and antiques Valid driving licences Proficiency in English Cooking skills, would be a plus Accommodation

A separate accommodation consisting of a double bedroom, open plan kitchen / sitting room and use of an onsite car. Hours

30 hours - Housekeeper 10 hours - Maintenance/Handy Person Hours for both positions are likely to extend during the summer and beyond, to accommodate renovations, entertaining, and running errands, with compensation adjusted accordingly, on a month by month basis.
