Contract: 4 months with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours (37 per week)
Hourly Rate: £11.We are currently seeking an organised, motivated Court Usher to be based in Mold. Training will be provided for the successful applicant. Providing support to colleagues & judiciary outside of court / hearing times
Navigating court hearings vis video link, onsite and remotely
Preparing rooms for hearings, tribunals, trials, meetings and clearing the court / hearing room down at the end of the day etc.
Arranging and supporting court hearings
General administrative duties including filing, printing and data entry
Data input, typing, post incoming and outgoing, filing, general office duties.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams
Location is accessible by bus, train or car
Weekly pay, holiday pay and pension scheme
