Client Services Manager - Chartered Financial Planning Firm Locations: Our client, an 'Independent' firm of Chartered Financial Planners now requires an additional Administrator to join their established and friendly team. Working alongside a number of consultants, the successful candidate should have proven experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of processing Pension & Investment applications.
Working as part of a highly experienced team, providing support to the advisers and in conjunction with the Paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients. Utilise client data for illustrations
" Prepare letters of authority for client policy information
" Update the CRM system
" Experience working in financial services
" Use of Microsoft Office
" 20 days holiday plus birthday day off and Christmas/New Year period
" After 5 years holiday increases incrementally to 30 days over 5 years
" Auto-enrolment Pension
" Private Medical Insurance and Death in Service after 12 months of service
" Staff bonus scheme up to 20% of salary
