Senior Salesforce Developer

I am currently working with a big IT Consultancy that are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the development and enhancement of their Salesforce platform. As a Core Cloud Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your expertise in Salesforce platform development to create scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, both internal and external, to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.
Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet unique business requirements, including configuring workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
Data Management: Develop strategies for data migration, cleansing, and maintenance within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers, to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Documentation: Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure comprehensive understanding and maintainability of the Salesforce solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is preferred.
