Job Title: Asbestos Operations Manager
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits 35k - 48k + Benefits
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bromley, Gravesend, Gillingham, Canterbury, Chatham, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Ashford, Dagenham, Rainham, Orpington, Basildon, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, Maldon, Cheshunt, Harlow. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for an established Asbestos Company.
" Will come from an operations / management background, within the asbestos industry.
" Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.
" Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently via phone, email and face to face.
" IT Literate.
" Excellent time management skills.
The Role:
" Pricing up asbestos work and providing clients with accurate tenders and quotations.
" Overseeing, managing, and supporting asbestos site staff.
" Efficiently managing work and delegating when required.
" Direct involvement in quality control, method statements, and risk assessments.
" Writing site specific RAMs.
" Carrying out appraisals and training both new and existing staff.
" Acting as first point of contact for clients, dealing with any issues efficiently.
" Getting involved and taking control of financial aspects of the business.
" Ensuring smooth day today running of the company.
" Visiting site and carrying out inspections and audits.
" Attending meetings when required, ensuring to represent the company professionally.
" Ensuring all contracts are completes in line with agreed timelines and to client specification.
