Are you a skilled Conveyancing Lawyer ready to take on a challenging and varied caseload? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise will shape the success of property transactions? In this role, you'll oversee a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, guiding clients through every step of the process. From drafting contracts to negotiating terms and managing complex transactions, you'll be the go-to legal expert. Approximately two-thirds of your caseload will involve residential conveyancing, with the remainder focusing on commercial matters, including leases, equity release, and rural sales.
Whether you're handling a straightforward property sale or navigating the complexities of a pension trust, your work will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for your clients.
Our client is a well-established law firm with roots tracing back to the 1870s. Based in Southport, they are known for their progressive approach and dedication to providing comprehensive legal services. While steeped in tradition, this firm embraces innovation and fosters a collaborative, friendly work culture. This is a full-time, permanent position, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Conduct legal research, prepare contracts, and handle negotiations.
Draft and review legal documents, including deeds, contracts, and agreements.
Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing regulations.
Qualified Legal Executive / Solicitor with proven experience in conveyancing.
In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Proficiency in IT systems and legal software.
