We'd love you to be part of our journey: The Senior Data Privacy Analyst is a crucial role within the Data Management team, responsible for supporting the delivery of data privacy and data protection across the organization. You will work closely with the Data Privacy Manager to ensure the Data Privacy Framework is up to date and reflects relevant data policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Some Of The Great Things You'll Do Assist in maintaining and updating the Data Privacy Framework to ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Support the Data Privacy Manager in ensuring the Data Asset Catalogue is comprehensive, up to date, and has clear ownership. Assist in the implementation and oversight of procedures and controls necessary to manage data assets effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and support the Data Management Practice Leads. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Data Privacy Hub based on OneTrust. Support the enhancement of data privacy controls to ensure risks are managed within the organization's risk appetite by defining and reporting on key metrics. Support the implementation of access controls, anonymization, and obfuscation processes. Contribute and lead data retention and minimization processes and programs. Assist in any other GDPR principle-focused workstreams that emerge. Proactively pick up and run with pieces of work, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective privacy outcomes. What We'd Like To See From You Good understanding of data privacy principles and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and controls. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and build strong working relationships. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to define and report on key metrics. Experience in Data Management or Privacy within the financial sector would be preferred, but not essential Relevant certifications in data privacy or data protection (e.g., CIPP, CIPM would be advantageous).
