You will actively work with and represent clients from the top 5 Media agencies, Technology Firms, and Pharmaceutical Companies at events like World Economic Forum in Davos and COP.

Are you a creative leader with fantastic attention to detail? The ideal candidate will bring bags of enthusiasm and a creative flair and lead our international expansion delivery.
The successful candidate will be the client lead for several international projects managing in locations such as Dubai, Madrid, Geneva, Davos and Cairo. As an integral part of the management team, we will continue to invest in you and your development helping you grow as a leader providing training and support. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences and budgetary constraints.
Develop comprehensive event strategies, including concept development, event timelines, and production plans.
Oversee event design and ensure it aligns with the client's vision and brand identity.
Manage a team of event planners and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and event service providers.
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to optimize resources without compromising on quality.
Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including setup, registration, catering, audio-visual requirements and more.
Anticipate potential challenges and implement contingency plans to ensure a successful event.
Work with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processing.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Utilise insights from evaluations to enhance future events and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Proven experience (5+ years) at an Events Agency as an Event Manager, with experience in conferences, exhibitions and events for the corporate market.
Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of event planning best practices, trends and industry delivery standards.
Ability to stay calm under pressure, think critically and make quick decisions during event execution.
A passion for creativity and innovation, consistently seeking new ideas to enhance event experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or in related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proficiency in event management software and tools for planning, tracking and reporting and Cvent Office 365.

Some days you’ll find yourself in Dubai managing a Product launch for one of the biggest Pharmaceutical Companies while on others you may be in the Champagne region of France on a corporate getaway

PLEASE NOTE: Own transport is required due to the beautiful rural location of our office in a converted barn in the countryside.
