Project Manager- Hybrid- Decommissioning- Nuclear- Contract
Our client is experiencing exciting growth, and we're actively seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and driving the overall growth and success of the company. You will focus on Care and Maintenance projects as part of our client's Nuclear Decommissioning division. Reporting directly to the PM/PC Business Manager, you will be accountable for upholding high standards in schedule adherence, cost management, technical excellence, and adherence to safety, health, environment, quality, and security (SHEQS) requirements.
For this role, Nuclear and Decommissioning experience is essential.
Accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, meeting schedule, cost, technical, and SHEQS requirements.
Ensure project delivery meets client deliverables.
Identify, escalate, and manage any potential contractual or commercial risks promptly.
Actively manage projects both technically and financially.
Lead project teams, fostering motivation, development, and cohesion among team members.
Ensure project scope is delivered safely, with the right quality, on time, and within budget.
Develop and own project delivery programs and plans.
Close out projects upon completion, archive project documentation, capture lessons learned, and initiate client satisfaction surveys.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the client and end client management systems.
Maintain excellent stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Ability to implement systems and processes to manage the quality of deliverables - Essential
Proficient in managing subcontractors, including monitoring attendance and progress - Essential
Capable of managing entire projects or phases across the delivery lifecycle, including design, build, and test, along with effective budget management - Essential
Relevant undergraduate degree in STEM or Project Management - Essential
Formal Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2, etc.) - Capable of managing entire projects or phases across the delivery lifecycle, including design, build, and test, along with effective budget management - Essential
Fluent in French, both verbal and written - Desirable
Must have Nuclear and Decommissioning Experience
