You'll play a pivotal role in crafting our internal communication strategy and driving engagement across the company. Your key tasks will include:

  • Evaluating and Enhancing Communication Channels: Assess current channels to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and deliver improvements.
  • Championing Communication Best Practices: Guide and support team members in using appropriate communication channels.
  • Promoting Strategic Goals and Employee Voice: Advocate for our business strategy while championing the art of listening to employees.
  • Creating an Annual IC Calendar: Develop and lead a comprehensive internal communications calendar.
  • Improving Employee Experience: Craft inclusive, engaging, and accessible communications that celebrate success and improve employee experience.
  • Empowering People Managers: Equip managers with the tools and confidence to cascade information and engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Developing Content for the IC Toolkit:
  • Supporting Divisional Initiatives: Partner with the People team on communication initiatives such as town halls, tech conferences, and events.
  • Driving Engagement: Actively participate in initiatives to boost engagement across the business.

Skills and capabilities we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in Internal Communication: Proven experience and knowledge of best practices, strategies, and techniques in internal communications.
  • Content Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to build compelling content tailored to different channels and audiences.
  • Proactive Decision Making: Decisive, responsible, and capable of initiating action.
  • Clear Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey key messages effectively.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Creative thinker with a range of solutions to challenges.
  • Networking Skills: Proactive in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident in designing and delivering campaigns via SharePoint and other platforms.
