Devon and Cornwall Part-time (28 hours p/w) Between £21k- 23k (£28k – £30k FTE) + mileage We are working with a national fashion brand who are stocked in some of the best-known stores on the high street. Reporting into the Head of Retail you will oversee the unmanned concessions within the Devon and Cornwall area, ensuring on brand, high standards of visual merchandising are maintained and targets/KPI’s are met. This role would be perfect for a store manager looking for part time hours or a retail supervisor/ assistant manager looking for a step up. Not only will you receive some great perks including generous staff discount, but you will also be able to manage your own diary within a supportive and caring business. This is a fixed term maternity cover contract for 1 year. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • the strategy with the Head of Retail to maximise sales.
  • the stock in each concessions ensuring accurate stock taking and replenishment levels are good.
  • high levels of VM standards are maintained.
  • marketing campaigns are kept up to date and promotions are implemented.
  • relationships with store staff including the management teams.
  • up to date with day-to-day administration.
  • sales target and KPI’s.
To be the right fit for this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
  • valid UK driving licence.
  • experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • with good IT skills and capable of understanding and interpreting brand guidelines.
  • fantastic communicator and relationship builder.
