Location: Mobilerole on sites across Wiltshire

Hours: 40 hoursper week. Monday to Friday. Call out rota and over time. We canoffer flexible start/end times if required, please let usknow.

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be workingwithin the FM Team, supporting them in maintenance across theClient estate.

Your day to day will include:

  • PPM's and reactive maintenancetasks
  • Perform multi-tradetasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and generalbuilding maintenance Conduct routine inspections and ensure buildings are keptin safe, operational condition Respond to reactive maintenance issues and resolve problemsefficiently

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Mobile Multi Skilled Engineeris great for you if:

  • Proven experience in a multi-disciplined maintenance role,ideally across Fabric and M&Edisciplines.
  • Valid drivinglicense.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage a varied workload.
  • Flexibility to be part of an on-call rota for emergencycall-outs.
