This position will be responsible for phoning outreach to prospective Messiah University students and maintaining accurate call records.
A consistent schedule will be made based on student and call center station availability. Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Major Preferred
Must maintain a friendly demeanor over the phone
Must be in good academic standing
Clothing must be appropriate to wear to class. Casual dress is clean and neat. Responsible for phoning outreach to prospective students
Follow-up with Admissions staff as necessary regarding questions/issues raised during phone calls
