VP/AD - Investor Relations

Our client is a leading hedge fund dedicated to delivering superior returns for their investors. With a focus on innovation, research, and strategic investment strategies, they are committed to providing exceptional performance and service to their clients. The Vice President of Investor Relations will play a critical role in representing the firm to existing and prospective investors, providing insights, updates, and strategic guidance on investment opportunities and performance.
Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the fund's investment thesis, performance, and strategy to existing and potential investors.
Collaborate closely with senior management, portfolio managers, and other key stakeholders to articulate investment strategies, market insights, and performance drivers.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Lead the planning and execution of investor events, conferences, and other investor relations initiatives to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
Manage the investor database, track investor interactions, and maintain accurate records of investor communications and activities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
~7-10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related roles within the hedge fund industry.
~ Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders.
~ Deep understanding of hedge fund strategies, investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
~ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
~ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, performance metrics, and industry trends to derive actionable insights.
~ Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and investor relations management tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
