This position demands strong expertise in digital banking platforms, technical leadership, and the ability to work effectively with various departments.

This position is open to both Freelancers and Permanent job seekers.

Lead Implementation Projects: Manage all stages of BXP implementation, from requirements analysis to deployment and ongoing support.
Design secure, scalable solutions using the BXP framework to ensure optimal performance in line with our business objectives.
Guide and mentor a team of engineers, promoting innovation and collaboration to achieve successful project delivery.
Seamlessly integrate BXP with existing banking systems and third-party applications to maintain data integrity and transaction security.
Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.
Quality Assurance: Apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality outputs with minimal errors.
Resolve technical challenges during and after implementation to ensure smooth user interactions.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, covering system architecture, configurations, and operational guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Sandstone Technology's advancements and other digital banking platforms to suggest enhancements and keep our solutions current.

A minimum of 5 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years working with Sandstone Technology's BXP.
Proven success in leading technical teams and executing digital banking projects.

Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Angular, React).
Expertise in API development, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong familiarity with digital banking platforms, including customer onboarding, loan origination, and other BXP-related financial products.
Leadership: Ability to lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Agile Practices: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading Agile teams.
Experience with other digital banking technologies and platforms.
Certification or formal training in Sandstone Technology products.
Understanding of regulatory requirements in the digital banking space.
