Financial Controller - SaaS Scaleup Hybrid - London
£Talentedge are currently working with a rapidly-growing SaaS company who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join their growing team. This position will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance to stakeholders and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor and analyse financial data, identifying trends and issues and making recommendations for improvement.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to our stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, and other ad hoc financial reports as required.
Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.
Manage the cash flow of the company, including monitoring and forecasting cash balances, coordinating cash disbursements, and managing debt and credit lines.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax reporting and filing requirements.
Work closely with the executive team to provide financial guidance and support for strategic decision-making, including evaluating and recommending investments, new business ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
Professional accounting certification
Experience in financial management, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, tax regulations and compliance.
Ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders and executive teams in a clear and concise manner.
Strong international accounting exposure.
