Our client who specialises in Design & Build Construction are looking to hire a Office Manager. You will be providing strong and reliable operations support for the office. Duties:
- Provide general support to visitors
- Serve as the main point of contact for office administrative duties (IT, maintenance, supplies, equipment etc.)
- Maintain a pleasant work environment
- Co-ordinate with IT support provider
- Liaise with property landlord and office maintenance subcontractors
- Oversee office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Book travel and accommodation
- Help organise in-house and off-site activities, events
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Providing an outstanding level of customer support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support to Reigate Office
- Any other duties as and when needed
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Great administration skills and attention to detail
- Confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work on own initiative
