Our client who specialises in Design & Build Construction are looking to hire a Office Manager. You will be providing strong and reliable operations support for the office. Duties:

  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office administrative duties (IT, maintenance, supplies, equipment etc.)
  • Maintain a pleasant work environment
  • Co-ordinate with IT support provider
  • Liaise with property landlord and office maintenance subcontractors
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Help organise in-house and off-site activities, events
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Providing an outstanding level of customer support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support to Reigate Office
  • Any other duties as and when needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Great administration skills and attention to detail
  • Confident personality with excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 -5:30 pm (office based) Pelease note, this is a permanent full time office based position
