Composite Laminator

Our client operatesfrom their state-of-the-art facility in the Wiirral, but they alsohave locations all over the UK and worldwide. Specialising in the design and manufacturecomponents to the aerospace industry.

Desired requirements:

  • A minimum 1 years experience in Laminating across a broad range of products, although further training and support will be provided.
  • Should be confident reading and understanding engineering drawings.
  • Can follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Carrying out work in adherence to technical drawings, internal and external specifications and laminating instructions as appropriate ensuring accuracy and process documentation.
  • Working closely with manufacturing engineering to support the development of standard work instructions and taking part in design for manufacture workshops for new product introduction.
  • Identifying, defining and supporting the introduction of continuous improvement activities in the area of trimming and assembly.
  • Apracticallevelqualificatione.g.anNVQ, Apprenticeshipinmanufacturing, engineering or mechanical.
