This is a very exciting time to be joining Wroxall Primary School. Under the leadership of the current headteacher, the school has moved a long way forward in terms of the curriculum, pupil attainment and wellbeing and behaviour; the time is right for a positive, hardworking and innovative person to play a major role in providing the strategic vision on the next part of our journey.

Together with the enthusiastic and supportive governing body, the children, parents and staff are keen to work with the right candidate to further develop the school as an excellent and vibrant part of community life.Our aim is to provide education of the highest quality where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

You will be an innovative leader with vision and energy, who will lead the school and help us achieve our potential and beyond. We will look to you to forge strong links with children, parents, staff, governors, local schools & the wider community.

We are looking for a fantastic individual with an optimistic and approachable nature to continue to foster great relationships, working together to make sure that both children and staff flourish and reach their full potential.
