An experienced cleaner is required in Welling ASAP. Temporary Cleaning Contract Hours are 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday. £15.52 per hour *inclusive of holiday pay Overview of the position: As the agency supplier to a cleaning contractor we are seeking for the provision of cleaners & support operatives, Hays Specialist Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced cleaner for a site in Welling. As part of the Facilities & Waste Disposal team, you will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the site/s. Deep cleans and industrial cleaning may be required.The cleaner role is in a unique working environment with a strong sense of team working. Always in demand, you could benefit from long-term temporary contracts. There is also potential, once trained, to work on other sites locally.The company has an excellent reputation and often offers permanent opportunities. You must be local to Welling, or have your own transport to be able to get to the site. We have several positions with varying part-time afternoon shifts, which can be discussed at the application stage.Basic uniforms will need to be provided by the temporary worker, but cleaning equipment will be provided by the client. Experience & an Enhanced Children's DBS is Required due to the nature of the role: Previous cleaning experience is required for this role. Ideally, we are looking for cleaning experience in occupied buildings: schools, hospitals, offices, social housing, care homes, domestic homes. Successful applicants will have a background in cleaning, and will be assessed based on the following competencies: Acting with integrity, respecting others, building relationships and teamwork, communicating effectively, developing yourself and others. An enhanced DBS check will be required due to the nature of the environment to be cleaned. Immediate starts for those who have their own in-date DBS Check.For those without their own DBS check, we will need to put you through this process, which can take up to 4 weeks, before you will be able to be cleared to work.
