With Henry Schein one we work with two dental practice management systems; EXACT (Software of Excellence) which is server-based and Dentally which provides cloud-based online dental practice management software that helps thousands of dental practices and professionals.
We support our people to do the best work of their lives so that they strive to improve how millions of patients interact with their dental practice. As a Feature Success Consultant, you will work within the implementation team and alongside our practices to setup and configure EXACT and Dentally’s additional modules. Achievement of monthly customer targets and team targets set to ensure existing customers continue to use the services by:

Engaging with customers to schedule value-added product configuration
Consulting with existing customers to drive increased product use
Monitoring existing customers to ensure customers continue to use relevant products
To engage with SOE management and third parties to help identify opportunities and initiatives for improving sales and customer retention for each product
Assist existing relevant product customers with software queries
Monday – Friday standard business hours, although additional hours (including some out-of-hours work) may be required.
Solid understanding of dental practice processes/workflows
A strong understanding of EXACT/Dentally practice management software would be an advantage
A general understanding of computers and related technologies
Full understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
