Duration: 6 Months

Location: Hybrid - Only on site as and when requested

Rate: £670 - Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary

We are looking for a manager with network infra experience to oversee building the network part of a Joint Operations Centre. Knowledge of networks and good project and stakeholder management skills are key as well as the ability to explain to someone who doesn't understand networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the Control Room project, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CNI, ENCC Control Room, and Security functions.
  • Oversee the installation of CNI infrastructure and failback Data Centre.
  • Manage both ISP (Inside Plant) and OSP (Outside Plant) elements, ensuring effective communication and delivery from vendors.
  • Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program/project management, particularly in technical and critical infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of ISP/OSP installation and processes.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within CNI or similar regulated environments is desirable.
    This role requires a proactive leader with the ability to drive complex technical projects in a highly regulated and or / high criticality environments.
