Pre-Construction Manager
Permanent, Full Time
Join a Tier 1 Contractor as Pre-Construction Manager in the Reigate region to look after 1 to 2 tenders at a time and oversee the pre-construction phase, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Communicating with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that all project goals are met.
Working with Bid Team, BD, Estimators and QS
Review drawings and specifications and other documents making the project team aware of construction related problems and potential risks
Participate in the preparation of the construction schedule and resourcing requirements, plant and logistics
Responsible for the preparation of preliminary, schematic, design development and construction estimates during pre-construction
Monitor design development cost trends to detect any potential risks
Managing budgets and construction schedule
HNC or HND qualification in Construction
Previous experience as a Pre-Construction Manager (Min 3 years)
Experience within Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation, Health Care Sector
CIOB (Bonus)
Competitive salary of around £90K
Hybrid working week (once probation period is complete)
Car allowance – option of company car or month allowance
