BREEAM / Considerate Contractor Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated BREEAM / Considerate Contractor Coordinator to join our team for an innovative project in Oxford. Our company is a leading construction firm committed to delivering projects that prioritize sustainability and community well-being. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are proud to be leading the way in implementing environmentally friendly practices in the construction industry.

As the BREEAM / Considerate Contractor Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our project in Oxford meets the highest standards of sustainability and considers the needs of the local community. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of BREEAM certification and overseeing compliance with Considerate Contractor guidelines.

Ensure compliance with Considerate Contractor guidelines, including site appearance, community engagement, and environmental responsibility.

* Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to minimize the project's environmental impact and promote best practices.

* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that sustainability objectives are met.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BREEAM certification and Considerate Contractor compliance.

Proven experience in similar roles, with a strong background in managing BREEAM certification and Considerate Contractor requirements.

* Relevant qualifications in sustainability, construction management, or related field.

The project is based in Oxford, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant city with excellent amenities and transportation links.
