£This is an exciting role to join a BD team reporting into the Sales Director
This role is for someone who has solution sales experience
You will be responsible for delivering business growth by securing new accounts within a specific region or sector.
Where the decision is to bid, you will be responsible for leading the development of compelling and differentiated proposals, engaging the wider organisation where required.
Build a professional network and create contacts and relationships.
* Undertake a bid/no-bid review of opportunities, evaluating both the commercial attractiveness of an opportunity and our chances of winning.
* Maintain regular communications with the clients, gaining a regular update on bid/proposal progress and updates Salesforce accordingly.
* With appropriate input from the wider business, lead commercial or contractual negotiations with clients, to close deals.
