Major Recruitment are searching for an Electrician for our client based in Sunderland . This vacancy is full-time and permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • Pre-assembly and assembly of electrical components, cables and junction boxes
  • Wiring of electrical components, cables, junction boxes and switch cabinets
  • Working as part of a team and on their own to meet set deadlines
  • Observing and working in line with standards and regulations

Hours of work and pay rate:

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 07:00am till 17:00pm
  • 38 hours per week
  • Overtime available during the week and weekends as and when the business needs
  • 17.06 per hour

Successful candidates must have the following :

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Comfortable working from heights and in all weathers
  • Overhead Crane Operator/ Slinging or willing to learn
